Story : We have been working with Carlos, Garardo, and the whole Mendez-Florez family for many years. They are wonderful partners to work with and their coffees are beautiful and consistent, not to mention award winning! They have become a core of our coffee program both as single origins and blend components.

This year, in addition to all the usual suspects we wanted to offer a real show stopper! The Mendez-Florez’s Tres Potros Farm has won multiple awards (6+), including the El Salvador Cup Of Excellence, over the years and their Pacamara has been the primary recipient. When we cupped this years beautifully prepared Pacamara Natural we new it was the year to bring it to offer! WIth notes of Apricot Jam, Hibiscus, and Manuka Honey its a great representation of why this coffee has competed so well and consistently over the past 15 years!

Please note: to ensure your coffee arrives as fresh as possible coffees are roasted to order. Coffee is roasted Tuesday, packaged Wednesday, and shipped on Thursday. Orders will be filled as quickly as possible depending on availability but please note that orders arriving after Monday may be filled the following week.
