It’s back! Another awesome coffee from Carlos Mendez, producer and owner of San Carlos Farm in El Salvador. Carlos and his team have produced El Salvador Cup Of Excellence winning coffees and their experience shows through clearly in this years El Salvador lots. We currently have Carlos' semi-washed coffee available which produces a sweet and creamy cup with notes of spiced orange, milk chocolate, and cashew that is sure to please!

Please note: to ensure your coffee arrives as fresh as possible coffees are roasted to order. Coffee is roasted Tuesday, packaged Wednesday, and shipped on Thursday. Orders will be filled as quickly as possible depending on availability but please note that orders arriving after Monday may be filled the following week.
