Halcyon is a deep, full bodied blend of coffees from Nicaragua and El Salvador that carries the deeply sweet, caramelized flavor profiles of a darker roasted coffee without the charring. We use high altitude and high quality beans in this blend that allow us to go to a darker roast level while still retaining the natural character within the coffee.
Please note: We roast-to-order so your coffee is as fresh as possible, but that usually means we need a little extra time to get it ready.
