Halcyon is a deep, full bodied blend of coffees from Nicaragua and Papua New Guinea that carries the deeply sweet, caramelized flavor profiles of a darker roasted coffee without the charring. We use high altitude and high quality beans in this blend that allow us to go to a darker roast level while still retaining the natural character within the coffee.

Please note: to ensure your coffee arrives as fresh as possible coffees are roasted to order. Coffee is roasted Tuesday, packaged Wednesday, and shipped on Thursday. Orders will be filled as quickly as possible depending on availability but please note that order arriving after Monday may be filled the following week.
