Pour Over Brew Guide

Step 1: Measure 21g or of medium/ fine ground coffee.

Step 2: Fold a filter down the scalloped edges. Insert it into the brewer and place it on top of your pitcher. Pre-rinse the filter with hot water to rinse out the paper flavor and preheat your brewer. Make sure to dump this rinse water before you begin brewing. Add the ground coffee to the filter and zero out the scale.

Step 3: Start the timer once you add hot water. Saturate the grounds and let sit for 30 seconds.

Step 4: Pour water in a slow, even spiral, adding water every 10 – 15 seconds for an even extraction. Pour from the outside to the inside to keep coffee from sticking to the sides of the filter. You should pour until you reach 340g.

Step 5: Once you hit 3 minutes you should have about 10 oz of brewed coffee. Remove the brewer and pour the coffee into a warm mug and enjoy!
