Papua New Guinea is a load full of diversity, uniqueness, and lots of potential.  A land that, until recently, was largely isolated.  With over 800 spoken languages and limited infrastructure it makes for an incredibly beautiful and equally challenging place to work.  A majority of the countries coffee comes from small subsistence farms who de-pulp and ferment on their own farms.  This is a great coffee that parallels its country of origin in many ways.  It is comprised of various high quality varieties that come together to bring a bright, unique, and complex cup that stands out as different. I am excited about this coffee and the potential it embodies for this young coffee region.

Please note: to ensure your coffee arrives as fresh as possible coffees are roasted to order. Coffee is roasted Tuesday, packaged Wednesday, and shipped on Thursday. Orders will be filled as quickly as possible depending on availability but please note that order arriving after Monday may be filled the following week.
