This microlot from Yader and Karen is named the "perfectionist microlot" because the husband and wife team are so meticulous with their harvesting and processing and it really shows. One of the most notable attributes of this coffee is it's distinct, articulated, and clean each note is despite dealing in a weightier flavor realm. It carries tremendous sweetness into each cup that is hard to put down. This was our first direct trade coffee and we are now in our second year buying from this family! So far the coffee keeps performing better each year and is one of my favorite coffees of the season.
