This is hands down one of the most special coffees we've carried. Don Roger has a degree in agronomy and his meticulous attention to soil management and pruning techniques show through clearly in their brilliant coffee!  In addition to the technical knowledge they also have a spring originating on their farm they use for coffee preparation and sharing with members of their community. The love and dedication to every detail shines through brightly in this cup that is one of the most striking coffees we have carried to date. It is called a tropical fruit symphony because its bright fruitiness comes at you in a brilliantly orchestrated group, completely in balance and cooperation just as the music of a great symphony.  We love this coffee and are confident you will too.

Please note: to ensure your coffee arrives as fresh as possible coffees are roasted to order. Coffee is roasted Tuesday, packaged Wednesday, and shipped on Thursday. Orders will be filled as quickly as possible depending on availability but please note that order arriving after Monday may be filled the following week.
