For us, this exact region of Laos is where it all started!  We remember when the cooperative founder arrived in Lao and then approached us shortly after about partnering to get the water filters we were making into their farming communities.  We are extremely excited to bring this coffee up for offering and for the immense impact it has to the producers we are partnering with for it.  It comes from Paksong on the Bolevan plateau in Champasak Laos and carries notes of hazelnut, chocolate, raisin, and baking spice.

Please note: to ensure your coffee arrives as fresh as possible coffees are roasted to order. Coffee is roasted Tuesday, packaged Wednesday, and shipped on Thursday. Orders will be filled as quickly as possible depending on availability but please note that order arriving after Monday may be filled the following week.
