A good light roast espresso is an elusive and difficult coffee to create. In my opinion, it often ends up overly bright and tart while also lacking complexity, leading to a drink that can be challenging for even the most enthusiastic light roast drinker to enjoy. That is why I am so excited about this espresso. It carries distinctive sweet raspberry like tartness that is kept in balance by cinnamon, chocolate, nut and toffee notes that come together for an incredibly flavorful, sweet and complex espresso.
Please note: to ensure your coffee arrives as fresh as possible, all orders are shipped on Wednesdays. Since your coffee is freshly roasted, this prevents it from sitting needlessly in the post office or delivery vehicle over the weekend. So after your order is received, it will be filled and shipped out the following Wednesday. Please forgive the inconvenience but we believe it will be well worth it in the end.
